Cancellation Policy
Guest Cancellation
We request the courtesy of a minimum of 48-hours cancellation notice for all Valentine's Day weekend packages. Cancellations made after the minimum will loose 50% or gift certificate value reduced, or cash deposit. No shows will be charged a 50% fee. Late Arrivals Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment gives you time to relax, Arriving late may result in our scaling down your service in order to stay on time for the next client. Full payment will be charged. Your time is important to us and we serve you best when no one is rushed |
